Time Changes Nothing

Time changes everything. Have you ever heard this?

If you are living in this world, there is 95% chance you would have heard it.

Now, the real question is, does it really change everything?

My answer is a total no. Time changes nothing. As I have already mentioned in some of my previous posts, time is an illusion. It is just a thing we created for us to operate efficiently.

So, why does a thing which is a complete myth, become popular?

We are lazy. I mean, seriously, look at it this way; people love to judge and criticise, but not all are professional critics, so we end up jumping to conclusions.

Jack and James may have been fighting for a long time. People end up saying, in time they will stop fighting. No time will bring anyone closer, only communication will.

We, as a society have grown to this myth and this stereotypical answer.

Exhibit A:

Jenna: Hey Gina, how are you?

Gina: Not good, a bit depressed.

Jenna: Chill, time will heal everything.

Nope, the appropriate answer would be, to ask and listen to the cause and the problem and help them get through with it.

Exhibit B:

Vince: Hey man, how’s things with Rey? I heard you had a huge fight.

Hugh: Not good man, I don’t want to talk to Rey.

Vince: Chill bruh, times change, things change, life will become better.

Again, nope. The better response would be, “What’s wrong, let me help you out? Or at least let me talk to Rey. Only when people communicate, matters can solve.”

It’s as simple as it can get. We have become selfish and lazy. Most of the humanity today is more concerned with the cash in their hand, than the bread on their plate.

We act as if everything is fine with the world. Thinking time will heal everything. In this case, it would, by killing us all. I may be harsh, but if that’s what going to get everyone to work for the world, so be it.

Media would lie to us, society would lie to us, education system may lie to us, but never forget the fact that, we have eyes and ears too. We can see the level at which humanity has fallen to today (Do I really need to tell you all the problems we are facing today) . If people still think, we are fine. Let them live in this myth. But we need to stop living a lie.

Time won’t change anything unless we actually want to change.

Some may ask, “What can a person without power and money do?”

We are the same sane people that unnecessarily make unwanted topics and people trend and popular. I wonder, if only someone were to add a bit of insanity in each of us, we may actually do something.

For the basics, start small:

• Educate people of their worth.
• Remind them of their true power.
• Stop complaining and fighting amongst each other.
• Open your minds and actually see what the problems of the society are.
• Contribute your part towards building a better future.

You are the beacon of light.

Lie, steal, kill and rape.

Is this what defines us now?

Humans have fallen so low,

Are we so afraid, that our need will never be satisfied?

Small amount of patience, for us, is not suffice.

Spreading rumours about that person and body-shaming everyone,

And then, there’s racism, that every human loves to ignore.

I’ve not touched sexist ego that has filled the globe,

With this attitude, humanity may never go forward.

Stealing, hating and fighting.

From the two great wars, have we learned nothing.

Is jealousy, so hard to control,

That it turns to a killing spree?

Hatred is just the absence of love,

Is this too soft, to go through your hard-headed skull?

Control your lust, for there is no bigger sin,

To rape and live as if nothing happened.

To overlook everything that happens amidst us,

What would you do, if it were you in that place?

Stay silent, or fight for justice?

The system may not work, but we can change it,

Because, change is not a small time occuring.

We will fall, in the journey,

But never lose hope,

Get up and fight for what matters,

You’ll be hated, you’ll be criticised,

It will be a matter of time when they realise.

Until then, never let anyone decide what is right for you,

Because this is the only fight that matters, you know it too.

Are we so lazy to fight for what’s worthy?

Get your basics right, and start to live for humanity,

Stop fighting amongst yourself and help every one get justice,

Because, only an act of humanity can bring peace.

Homo-sapiens, we call ourselves,

Where is that manliness of yours when you do such acts?

Every voice matters in this fight,

Because, you are that beacon of light,

And you are the one to bear the mark of might.

Words mend life

“I’ll be there for you till the end.” A promise that brought him back to life.

Words, simple they seem, but dangerous they are;
It can break a man’s heart, but can also take him far.
Life haunted him everyday,
Death wanted him in every way.

Choice, remained a myth to him,
And his entire life started to dim.
Never had he thought, he would end up like this,
Broken and soulless, like death giving him a kiss.

In the morning, with every sip of coffee
He would feel, people around him were zombies.
Before hitting the bed, every night,
To live or to die, he had to decide.

He wasn’t always like this,
It all started with small things.
Fights, ignorance and rejections,
Leading to bigger ones like death and demotions.

He thought, he had lost it all,
No ear was open for all this to be heard.
He decided to give up, but then he turned back
And was it a coincidence that he did?

No, life has a plan and there was one for him too,
He saw her and he saw his life calling him too,
And the following words were enough to make his heart melt,
“I’ll be there for you till the end.”

Life may be difficult, but don’t make it short. You’ll face challenges you are not ready for, but that doesn’t make you weak. It makes you stronger.

Peace – Do we deserve it!

Human. 

A petty little creature it is.

Prays only when it falls,

Never working to find out the cause.

Laughs and dances all night long.

Starts bashing and boasting as soon as it’s dawn.

Peace it needs,

But does it deserve, is the question.

Hell and tortures we brought unto ourselves,

So, stop demanding like we are a princess.

We brag of human rights and equality,

But there are some still dying of hunger and are still thirsty,

And all we do is say, “Oh, what a pity!”

A man expresses his feelings, by crying,

Gets bashed, for being a sissy. 

Oh, but look at that tomboy, whom we end up complimenting.

She expresses her opinion but is ignored totally.

He gives the same opinion and is rewarded, well, that’s funny,

Because, this is what we call equality.

Humanity, someone says it exists,

But, wasn’t he the one who was back-bitching about one of his “ex-es”!

A child gets bullied, ain’t that fault of the bully’s parent?

“Oh no, why would we teach our kids to bully!”

Er, you could teach them not to do that!

Or presumably help them sort their mental health out!

We criticize the victims of rape and harrasments being weak,

But, never have we understood the necessity to teach.

Teach your child, it’s not okay to hurt others, mentally and physically.

Teach them the need of responsibility.

Only then, we will be free.

Only then, we will truly deserve peace.

Also, Teach the one you know, those drugs would end up being costly.

If they don’t listen, let them go, you don’t need that kind of negativity. 

Human.

No matter how petty it is.

It is capable of achieving great things.

Be Positive

As days pass by

There are a lot who cry,

When asked the reason,

They state their tension,

It seems, they wait for their pension,

For this they are sacrificing the present fun.

So why worry about the future problems, be still,

And carry on the calmness as a windmill,

Those worries won’t eat you,

As The reality, it is an illusion.

All your dreams can come true,

If you be positive.

By following your passion

Only then you’d able to live.

None knows that he may live tomorrow,

So just stay positive,

When you do so, your future worries shall be nil,

As The Buddha says, “what your mind can conceive,

It can achieve”

So kill the negativity,

Which kills you,

And attract positivity,

And your life shall be manifested as the one which is mighty,

Where you shall be happy.

You just have to refine your every possible thought,

And this is the key thing one has to be taught.

When you have been positive and been calmed,

At that time you shall never be harmed.

But beware, it is what you believe is manifested,

So be what you need to be,

And trust in the lord and do act, then you shall see,

Whatever you’ve dreamt,

Along with your wishes and goal, shall be met!

Hey people,
It’s been a while since I’ve written something on life, so here I am writing on a topic which is my favourite. LIFE, when I hear this word, my heart just pumps out like something. I guess, I’ve a deep connection with the word life.

 What is life, firstly? Is it a journey? Is it the beginning? Is it the end? Is it a dream? Is it a question? Is it an answer? There are many unanswered questions in the universe. Everyone will have a different answer for everything. I’m not here to give the answer… That, you’ll have to find out on your own.

 I feel, everyone is here for a reason. The reason might be anything. Neither you may know it, nor I may know about it.  That reason may be a dream, a goal, a duty, a destiny, a fate! Call it anything, but what is a dream? As I said in one of my previous posts, Dream, it is not just a word.. It’s a great world where one has all the things he/she needs!! And yes, reality is an illusion! You build your own life according to your actions and believes, in the words of Winston Churchill:

 You create your own universe as you walk along!

 So, every action you take, every step you take, must lead you a step closer in achieving your goal, but you must also believe in your work, your goal and yourself. One day, you will have achieved it, and that day you’ll look back and thank the Lord for giving you the moment in which you believed you could win!

 You may face many difficulties along the path, but that doesn’t mean you should give up. The more difficult the path is, the more beautiful, life will be.

 Okay, you have a goal and you are determined to achieve it. That’s great! But, your goal must not hurt the life of any other person in anyway. If the achievement of your goal bring happiness, peace and prosperity, then why wait? In the words of Dalai Lama:

 The purpose of our lives is to stay happy!

Never Quit!!

Hey People!! Just imagine, you’re going to your dream destination (let’s name it Destination D) and you start from Destination A. You keep going, and all of a sudden you stop at C, and you realise that the fuel tank is empty. What would you do at this situation?
a) Return home (which is really far)
b) Sit there and cry.
c) Go and fill the tank and keep moving forward and live your life-long dream..

The best thing to do would be to fill your tank and keep moving.

The same thing applies in one’s life too. You might not know how close you are to success. It doesn’t hurt if you face obstacles during your journey. That’s life. You cannot succeed everytime. Edison is the best example I could give. The more you fail, the more you learn.

“You have not succeeded, if you haven’t failed even once”

Every thing would have a positive and negative effect. If you only look at the negative side of everything, how will you even think of moving forward? If you don’t have the faith in a thing, how would you even work with it? If you think that something you really wanted to do as a child, reqiures huge money and time and hard work or anyother excuse you could make of, how do even you expect to live your life? Don’t blame it to the fate!! Only when you give some of your effort, you would go ahead. And when you reached the destination, you would look back and think why you were such a stubborn person and unwilling to follow your dreams. Only when you follow your dreams, you would be happily successful. If you follow other’s dream, you would be successfully happy! It’s your life. You must choose what you want to be in life!!

You must be consciously and subconsciously aware of the life you want!

Everything in life depends on what you think, how you react to every situation and your determination.

You might feel deterred to fear of failure. You might feel failing would make you some devil of the society.
This is the thing what the current education system has gifted us. It doesn’t let us make mistakes. Only when you make mistakes, you would learn from it. Instead we are punished for making mistakes.
No man is perfect.
Life is a game, sometimes one wins and the rest lose, but there’s always a second chance. You learn new things every time.

A scientist doesn’t discover anything in his first attempt, it takes him hundreds of experiments to do it.

Never abandon hope.

Never give up.

Never quit.

I have a small poem on this:

An unending journey

I was abandoned,
I was tortured,
Only because I wanted to do something of my own.
So, I left my home.
People hated me,
Only because I wanted to be free.
I couldn’t bear this and I started a small journey..

I travelled places and learned about different cultures,
And that got rid of my prior tortures.
People said that was the end, but I did not hear.
People wanted me to fear,
And wanted me to shed a tear,
But I didn’t bother and chased my destiny,
And all this made it an amazing journey..

I trusted the Lord and trusted my soul,
To achieve my life-long goal.
The child in me was about to die,
But I dared to keep it alive.
Everything I did bothered the society,
But I just did my work patiently.
There were many things I learned from the selfless people I met,
Spreading peace and living happily that was what the life meant.
They taught me one thing and asked me to spread it to every clan,
Life is a simple maze,
People who feared have made it a big race.
Live a life in a way no one else can,
Because Time and Tide wait for no man.
This is why I left my home,
An unending journey, only that could have made my life whole.
I thank the Lord for giving me the freedom,
Without that, those messages, I wouldn’t have learned.
An unending journey is a gift which can change your life,
Because the lessons you learn, would help you to thrive.
Never quit avid never give up,
That’s what you learn, if you wish to learn.
Take up an unending journey to follow your dreams,
Because, life is not what it may seem!
